Resland

For software engineers

A resume for every job.Nothing made up.

Paste a job posting and Resland tailors your resume to it, leading each bullet with what the role cares about most. When a bullet is vague, it asks for the real numbers instead of guessing.

No subscription · pay per use

Resland asks “How many services moved over, and what changed for the team afterward?” You answer “About 40. Deploys went from 25 min to 6.” and it writes three options: Cut deploys from 25 minutes to 6 by moving 40 services to Kubernetes. Moved 40 services to Kubernetes, taking deploys from 25 minutes to 6. Migrated 40 services to Kubernetes so the team deploys in 6 minutes, not 25.

How it works

It asks before it writes

When a bullet needs a number or an outcome, Resland asks you for it instead of guessing. Then it writes three options for each bullet: one leading with the result, one with the hard problem, one with the scale and ownership.

Behavioral Interviews

Write the stories you'll tell in your story bank. Each one is checked for the usual weak spots as you write, and a coverage grid shows which kinds of question you don't have a story for yet. The free guide covers the STAR method and the common questions, each with a weak and a strong sample answer.

Questions

Will it change my resume without asking?

No. Resland writes three options for each bullet and changes nothing until you pick one. You can also ask for more options or keep what you had.

Is Resland only for software engineers?

It's built for them: the questions it asks, the examples and the interview prep all assume engineering work. Tailoring and bullet suggestions work on any resume, though, so it's just as useful outside software.

Which AI model does it use?

There's a default, and you can switch models any time you ask for a suggestion or tailor a resume.

Who can see my resume?

Your profile is private to your account. When you run a suggestion or tailor a resume, the text involved is sent to the AI model you picked so it can do the work.

What do I end up with?

A Word file for your main resume, plus one for every tailored version you save.
